startDepartment: Cath Lab Tech *Certifications Required: BLS, RCIS
or ARRT (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT)* If clinician is RCIS
credentialed they will not be responsible for panning/activating
fluoroscopy they do NOT need ND License. If clinician is ARRT
credentialed they could be responsible for panning/activating
fluoroscopy they will be REQUIRED to hold an active ND Rad Tech
LicensePROFILE REVIEWMANAGER INTERVIEW- of suites/labs 3 labs-
cases per day on average 4 per day- Common diagnoses/Types of
patientsEmergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral
Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices,
Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker- Job Duties scrubbing in
and/or panning, IV starts- Experience or 'Must have' skills\"if
only have panning experience and not scrubbing that is okay,
majority of role is panning. IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred),
Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold\"- Prefer experience
with IV starts, ok if not\"- EMR/Equipment \"EPIC & Philips Xper
(Hemo)- Siemens C-Arm, IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR,
IVUS, Rotapro, 4 quart manifold\"- Cardiologist hours/on
callIntensivitst MD In house 24/7 MD- Is there a manager/Charge
Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an
assignment?Charge- Cath Lab TechsRad Tech- Shifts & Scheduling: M-F
730a-4p call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior-
for 6 weeks at a time- Weeknight/Call Requirements1-2 days per week
(weeknight call hours are 3:30p-7a)- Weekend/Call Requirementsevery
third weekend on call, (from Friday-to Monday morning, weekend call
is 24hr)- Holiday/Call Requirements every other- What is call
response time? 20 minutes response- Floating RequirementsHeart and
Vascular Pre/Post- helping hands - Scrub Color/Dress Codeprovided-
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?one week-
classroom and lab- Additional NotesLead will be provided, bring
your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoesRadius Rule:
50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN
with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI
and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week
contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after
